1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sinful AI (the "Service"), operated by TODO: Legal business name("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, viewing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you must cease all access immediately.

2. Eligibility & Age Gate

You must be an adult (18+) to access this Service. The Service contains adult-oriented themes. You agree to provide accurate registration info and verify your age. If we discover any account belongs to a minor, it will be deleted immediately.

3. User Responsibility & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All generations, content, and prompts processed on your account are your sole responsibility. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

You agree not to submit prompts, generate images, or perform actions that involve:

• Minors or Age-Ambiguous Content: Depicting anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18.
• Non-Consensual Imagery: Creating sexually explicit material without consent, or depicting sexual violence, abuse, or coercion.
• Real Person / Celebrity Impersonation: Generating deepfakes or unauthorized depictions of real living people.
• Bestiality & Feral/Real Animals: Generating anthropomorphic fantasy characters is permitted under our Content Policy, but any depiction of real or feral animals in sexual or abusive contexts is strictly prohibited.
• Bypassing Security: Attempts to circumvent content filter boundaries, scraping the service, or deploying automated bots.

Violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All images generated by the Service are fully synthetic, computer-generated, and do not depict real individuals. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, aesthetic perfection, or usefulness of the generated outputs. You hold all responsibility for how you utilize or share the generated outputs.

6. Coin Wallet & Digital Credits

Our Service operates on a digital credit system using "Coins". Coins are digital markers used to trigger generation rendering pipelines. Coins have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.

Payments Status: Real credit/debit card billing is not active at this time. All coin packs are currently disabled. Free daily claims are available for testing purposes.

7. Service Availability & Termination

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to our Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, or delete any account, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
