1. Copyright Infringement Notifications

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been generated, displayed, or used on our Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by emailing our designated copyright agent at [email protected].

2. Required Elements of DMCA Notice

To be effective, your notification must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and URLs or location descriptions to locate the file.
  • Your contact details: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement that the details in the notification are accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative.

3. Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed file, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.
