1. Copyright Infringement Notifications

2. Required Elements of DMCA Notice
To be effective, your notification must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and URLs or location descriptions to locate the file.
- Your contact details: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the details in the notification are accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative.
3. Counter-Notifications
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed file, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.
