2. Current Verification Mechanisms

We employ a client-side verification gate requiring confirmation of age before entering. In addition, user registration processes require confirmation of maturity.

Future Verification Controls: We reserve the right to deploy automated, third-party age verification software (which may require government-issued ID checks) to comply with evolving state, federal, or payment gateway compliance standards.

3. Accountability and False Statements

You are responsible for ensuring that no minors access the Service using your device or credentials. Any account found to contain false statements regarding age, or found to be accessed by a minor, will be terminated immediately.
