Acceptable Use Policy

1. Core Policy

Sinful AI provides a private AI image generation platform for consenting adults. To keep our service safe, legal, and compliant with payment card network standards, users must adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

You are strictly prohibited from generating, attempting to generate, or using prompts to create:

• Child Exploitation & Minors: Any content depicting, simulating, or implying sexually suggestive or explicit acts involving minors, or characters that appear to be under 18 years of age (age-ambiguous subjects).
• Non-Consensual Sexual Content: Any content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, sexual assault, domestic violence, coercion, or harassment.
• Real Person Impersonation (Deepfakes): Generating explicit or suggestive depictions of real people, celebrities, public figures, private individuals, or lookalikes is strictly prohibited, regardless of claimed consent.
• Bestiality & Feral/Real Animals: Generating anthropomorphic fantasy characters (furries) is permitted under our Content Policy, but any sexualization or abuse of real or feral animals is strictly prohibited.
• Extreme Violence & Illegal Acts: Depictions of severe mutilation, torture, death, non-consensual medical experiments, or promotion of illegal activities.

3. System & Security Abuse

You agree not to bypass our safety filters, inject malicious code, run automatic prompt generation scripts, or reverse engineer the underlying generation models. Violations will result in permanent account bans.
